How Visibility Engine handles OAuth data, analytics data, and account information.
What We Collect
- Account identity and session metadata required to authenticate users.
- Google Search Console OAuth tokens and selected site references after user approval.
- Search performance metrics (queries, clicks, impressions, CTR, position) for dashboards and recommendations.
- Optional integration credentials users provide for additional sources, such as Cloudflare or GA4.
- Product telemetry and audit logs needed for reliability, abuse detection, and support.
How We Use Data
- Deliver visibility diagnostics, recommendations, and product analytics requested by the user.
- Maintain service reliability, monitor incidents, and prevent abuse.
- Support user requests such as disconnection, troubleshooting, and account recovery.
We do not sell customer data.
Retention and Deletion
- OAuth and session records follow platform TTL controls and explicit disconnect actions.
- Consent events are retained to provide an auditable record of disclosures accepted before OAuth flows.
- Users can disconnect OAuth at any time, which revokes active usage from the product.
